How long does delivery take?
Most items ship within 3–5 working days. The delivery time is stated on every product; for items ordered on demand and custom parts it is listed there separately.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipping costs are shown in the cart by destination and shipping method. For Switzerland and Liechtenstein import duties are due on delivery. Deliveries to other countries are currently not possible.
What does OE quality mean?
Genuine Porsche parts come from the Porsche parts programme and are delivered in Porsche packaging.
OE quality means parts from the manufacturer that also makes or made the genuine part, without the Porsche logo on the box. Every item in the shop is labelled accordingly.
Will the part fit my car?
Every item states model, variant and model year. The vehicle selector on the start page leads to the catalogue of the respective model line; alternatively you can search directly by Porsche part number. If in doubt, we check the fitment before you order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA direct debit, Klarna (instant bank transfer and pay later) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments run through secured providers; bank details are not stored at eleven Engineering.
How do returns work if a part does not fit?
The statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt applies; the goods must be unused, in original packaging and without traces of installation. The refund is issued after the return has arrived. If a fitment error is based on our information, we also cover the return shipping.
