OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) refers to genuine Porsche parts that exactly match factory specifications and come in Porsche packaging.
OE quality means: parts from the same manufacturer as the genuine Porsche part, just without the Porsche logo on the packaging. Technically identical, usually considerably cheaper.
Every product in the shop is labelled accordingly.
Every product includes precise fitment information: model, variant and year. The vehicle chooser on the homepage automatically filters the catalog to matching parts.

All payments are processed through secure providers. Bank details are never processed by eleven Engineering.
You have a 14-day right of return from receipt of the goods. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and without any signs of installation. Refunds are issued within a few working days of the return arriving.
Electronic components are excluded from exchange and return.
If the fitment information provided by eleven Engineering was incorrect, we also cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, please contact us first.
We ship to all EU countries. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination country and weight. Delivery usually takes 5–8 working days.
Larger items such as wheel sets or rear silencers have a special shipping profile. The costs are shown transparently in the cart.
