Koch Chemie Micro Cut M3.02

Micro Cut M3.02 is a machine micro-polish of the latest generation for permanent removal of polishing hazes, holograms, fine scratches and sanding marks up to 3,000 grit on all (including scratch-resistant) paint systems. Through the use of highly specialized, extremely homogeneous abrasive particles, a brilliant and durable high-gloss finish is achieved even on dark and similarly sensitive colors under extreme lighting conditions. Holograms and fine scratches are mechanically eliminated and not, as is often the case, covered up. Micro Cut M3.02 is extremely economical, easy to polish, and can be removed without leaving residues. Abrasiveness: 3.2 Gloss level: 9.0

Areas of application: Paints on cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, etc.

Application: To achieve optimal results, we recommend processing with our Micro Cut Pad and an eccentric polisher with forced rotation (e.g. Makita PO5000C, highest speed). Alternatively, processing with a rotary polishing machine in combination with our Micro Cut Pad is possible. Completely saturate dried or new sponges with polish before use. Distribute the polish evenly on the surface to be treated with the machine switched off and then polish with moderate pressure in a cross-hatch pattern until a transparent film forms, i.e. until the aluminum oxide contained has completely disintegrated. Do not use the sponges used for this product interchangeably for other products. For scratch- and streak-free removal of polish residues, we recommend our seamless professional microfiber cloth with ultrasonic cut.
