Description

A40 is a Porsche-specific oil standard. According to Motul, it is used mainly in selected Porsche petrol engines from 1994 to 2019 and requires extremely high shear stability of the oil film.

For certain engines, including hybrid and diesel engines, Motul specifies the Porsche approvals C30 or C20 instead.
