FERTAN PROTEWAX is a high-quality, fast-drying solution for professional corrosion protection with aesthetic demands. As a 1K special coating, it functions simultaneously as a robust protective lacquer and as a strong-adhering primer. The material forms an abrasion-resistant, weather-resistant and transparent surface that permanently seals the substrate without obscuring its appearance.

Its versatility is exceptional: PROTEWAX adheres excellently to solid surfaces such as zinc, iron, steel, aluminum, as well as to mineral substrates like concrete, plaster, and masonry. It is easy to apply and ideal for new coatings and for the restoration of vehicles and components.

Application Notes

The substrate must be clean, dry, sound and absolutely free of grease (silicone-free). Ideally, process at room temperature.

Drying times (at 20°C):
• Touch dry: approx. 20 minutes
• Tack-free: approx. 60 minutes
• Recoatable: approx. 3–4 hours

The spray is ready for use. The liquid product (1L / 5L) can be applied by brushing, rolling, or with a spray gun.
