UBS 240 is a durable underbody protection based on high-quality wax. Unlike bitumen products, this material does not harden brittlely, but remains permanently elastic. This allows it to compensate for body torsion without tearing or flaking.
The product contains no aromatic components and is PVC-compatible. It adheres excellently to all body panels, axle parts, and inner wheel arches, even in thicker layers. Even as a thin layer on painted underbodies, it provides water-repellent, visually appealing protection. Also ideal for post-treatment after rust removal with FERTAN.

Scope of Delivery
- 1 × FERTAN UBS 240 Underbody Protection Wax (quantity and container type as selected)
Application Instructions
Clean the surface (dry, grease-free). Mask off parts that are not to be coated (exhaust, brakes). Apply at min. 20°C.
System Tip: Treat body seams with PREWAX beforehand!
Application:
• 500ml Spray: Shake well, spray in thin layers. Ideal for repairs.
• 1 liter standard can: Suction-feed gun (approx. 5–9 bar) or pressure-feed gun (approx. 3–5 bar).
