FeDOGEL is the ideal solution when classic immersion baths are not possible. Thanks to its viscous gel consistency, it adheres to vertical surfaces or large, permanently installed parts without running off. The approximately pH-neutral solution is natural-based and solvent-free, guaranteeing gentle rust removal.

It not only removes rust from steel but also eliminates tarnishing and oxidation on stainless steel, chrome, copper, brass, and silver extremely quickly. The reaction time is impressive: tarnishing often disappears in seconds, and rust layers are dissolved in 15 minutes to 12 hours, depending on their thickness.

Processing Instructions

Apply the gel generously in a layer thickness of approx. 3–5 mm with a brush or sponge. Reaction time depends on the degree of rusting, 10–60 minutes (longer if necessary).
Important: The gel must not dry out during the reaction! If necessary, cover with film or re-moisten.
Afterwards, thoroughly wash off residues with water and a brush/sponge. Immediately protect the bare metal from new corrosion (e.g., with MM30, FERPOX, or wax).
