Description

This genuine Porsche distributor vent kit was developed to reliably vent the distributor of air-cooled 964 and 993 engines and protect it from moisture buildup. The factory-installed solution improves ignition stability, reduces condensation in the distributor housing, and ensures trouble-free operation of the ignition system.

All included components are genuine Porsche parts. The installation instructions are taken directly from the Porsche factory specifications and describe in detail the correct installation on the distributor and the air duct in the engine compartment.

Notice

Installation is carried out according to the original Porsche installation instructions . The air duct pipe must be drilled with an 18 mm hole at the marked position. All drilling debris must be completely removed before reinstalling the pipe.
