Porsche 964RS / 993RS / 996GT3
Hardened flywheel ring gear for Porsche RS and single-mass flywheels. Precision-machined from heat-treated steel, suitable for various 964, 993 and GT3/GT2 applications.
Details at a glance
- High-strength gear ring made of hardened steel
- OEM reference: 964.114.143.31
- For single-mass and RS flywheels
- Precision-machined starter pinion groove
- Not suitable for dual-mass flywheels
Description
This hardened steel flywheel ring gear is pressed or shrunk onto the outer diameter of a single-mass flywheel. It establishes the direct connection between the starter pinion and the flywheel: The starter pinion engages with the precision-machined teeth to crank the engine safely and reliably.
The toothed ring conforms to OEM specification 964.114.143.31 and is designed for RS, lightweight, and single-mass flywheels, as used in certain Porsche 964, 993, and GT3/GT2 models. The heat-treated steel construction offers maximum wear resistance and durability.
