Description

This Sachs Performance clutch kit was specifically developed for high-stress applications and is ideal for Porsche drivers who need to meet increased performance demands or for motorsport use. The reinforced construction of the center plate and pressure plate offers higher clamping force, improved torque characteristics, and increased durability .

Compared to the OE clutch, the performance version enables more stable power transmission in high-performance engines such as turbo, supercharged, or chip-tuned setups. Additionally, the release travel can be shorter, and the pedal effort may increase slightly depending on the vehicle. Installation is nevertheless compatible with original Porsche components .

Typical applications include chip tuning, turbocharger/supercharger modifications, quarter mile, circuit racing (club sport, long-distance), rally, hill climb racing and drifting.
