While continuous (chopped) carbon fibers are typically used for carbon-ceramic brake discs in production vehicles, ST weaves continuous carbon fibers into a three-dimensional, multi-directional matrix. This creates a stronger and more durable product with three times the thermal conductivity of standard components.
