Description
This distributor was manufactured in the historic design of the legendary Magneti Marelli RSR version distributor and combines iconic looks with state-of-the-art electronics. Originally used as standard equipment on the Porsche 911 ST 2.5L and the 2.8L 911 RSR, this style now offers an authentic motorsport look combined with contemporary functionality.
The integrated ignition module allows for free programming of the ignition map via app and Bluetooth, enabling quick adjustments to engine characteristics, setup, or special requirements. Additionally, the system features a PIN-based immobilizer and an adjustable speed limiter, both conveniently controlled via smartphone.
This version is suitable for all Porsche 911 engines from 1972 to 1989 – from the 2.4L to the 3.2 Carrera – with the exception of the 911 SC 3.0L , as this requires a distributor rotating in the opposite direction to that defined here.
