Description
The strut mount attaches the strut to the chassis and supports the coil spring, while an integrated bushing absorbs shocks from the strut piston. Below the strut mount is the strut bearing, which allows the strut to move smoothly with the steering knuckle when the wheels turn. If the strut mount bushing wears out, it often causes rattling noises on bumps and reduces damping, leading to a bumpy ride. Quality: OEM / Original Equipment Manufacturer quality.
