Description

This front shock absorber mounting overhaul kit contains all the essential components for rebuilding the front shock absorber mounts of the Porsche 964. Worn bump stops, aged bellows, or damaged support plates can lead to noise, imprecise suspension travel, or reduced damping performance.

The kit includes all components required for a complete replacement of the mounting unit – including shock absorber bellows, bump stop, support plate, leveling plate, washers, and nut . This allows for the reliable restoration of the original damping characteristics and ride comfort.

For vehicles where the upper mounting brackets are also worn or corroded, these should also be replaced. The relevant components are shown in the parts diagram under numbers 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, and 15 .
