Genuine Porsche part. Tie rod inner joint. The rack controls the front wheels via two tie rods, which are terminated by replaceable joints - the "tie rod ends" that attach to the swivel hubs. These wear out over time, leading to steering and handling problems and are a failure point in the UK MOT and presumably in statutory inspections in other countries.
