Genuine Porsche part: M30 × 1.5 shouldered lock nut for the main shaft / pinion shaft of selected Porsche manual gearboxes, including 915, G50 and the 996 / 997 Turbo and GT gearboxes.

The nut secures the gear shaft components in position and is replaced during gearbox overhauls or work on the main or pinion shaft.
