SeaSucker Bike Rack Security Cable Window Anchor. A cable anchor is exactly what it sounds like – an anchor point to securely attach a cable loop to your car. The window cable anchor is slid over the glass and rolled into the window frame. It is made of polished stainless steel and has a 3.5 cm wide opening for threading a cable lock.
