Koch Chemie Heavy Cut H7.01

Grinding Paste H7.01 is the highly abrasive machine polish for the fast refinishing of heavily weathered paintwork and for removing paint overspray and sanding marks up to 2,000 grit.

Areas of application

Paintwork on cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles etc.

Application

• Apply the grinding paste to the abrasive medium (grinding sponge white hard or grinding sponge yellow medium-hard) and work it cross-wise on the pre-cleaned surface to be worked at max. 2,000 rpm.
• The abrasiveness / grinding performance can be varied through pressure, abrasive medium and speed.
• At the start of the sanding process, Koch Chemie recommends working with higher pressure at low speed.
• Subsequently reduce the pressure and polish out at higher speed.
• Last polish residues can easily be removed with the Koch Chemie professional microfibre cloth (ultrasonically cut).
• Any haze or polishing marks that have formed are removed with the Koch Chemie high-gloss anti-hologram polish.

Notes

• Shake before use.
• Not suitable for scratch-resistant paintwork.
• Protect from frost and excessive heat.
• Test for suitability and compatibility before use.
