The heater control boxes (heater flaps) are a critical component for heating regulation in the air-cooled Porsche 911. Due to their position under the vehicle, they are often exposed to severe corrosion, which leads to the flaps seizing or the housings rusting through.

With this 5-piece repair kit, you can completely renew the internal components and connections of a control box. The set includes the front and rear covers, the actual control flap, as well as the lower flange and the vent. This is the perfect solution to restore the heater function without necessarily having to replace the entire unit (provided the basic housing is still intact).

Installation note: This kit is sufficient for repairing one control box. Since the Porsche 911 has two of these units (left and right), you will need two sets for a complete refurbishment of the vehicle.
