Description

This Original Porsche knurled bolt is used for secure fastening of the lower ball joint to the control arm of the Porsche 964. The press-fit design ensures a play-free, permanently stable connection between the ball joint and the control arm – a safety-relevant area of the front axle kinematics.

As an OEM holder, the bolt exactly matches the factory specification. When replacing the ball joint, new original bolts should always be used to ensure correct preload and fastening.

The exact component position can be seen via image magnification; the bolt is marked there as Diagram No. 17.
