Koch Chemie Micro Cut M2.02

Micro Cut M2.02 is a machine micro-polish of the latest generation for the permanent removal of polishing haze, holograms, fine scratches and sanding marks from 4,000 grit on all (including scratch-resistant) paint systems. The use of highly specialized, extremely homogeneous abrasive particles produces a brilliant and permanent high-gloss finish, even on dark and similarly sensitive paint shades under extreme lighting conditions. Holograms and fine scratches are mechanically eliminated. Micro Cut M2.02 is extremely economical, easy to polish and removable without residue. Abrasiveness: 2.5 Gloss: 9.0

Areas of application: Car, commercial vehicle, motorcycle paintwork, etc.

Application: To achieve optimal results, we recommend processing with our Micro Cut Pad and a high-performance eccentric polisher (min. 15mm throw) or with a forced rotation eccentric polisher. For optimal dosage, distribute evenly over the pad. Spread the polish evenly over the surface with the machine at the lowest speed and then polish with medium pressure in a cross-hatch pattern until a transparent film forms, i.e., until the aluminum oxide contained has completely broken down. Do not use sponges used for this product interchangeably for other products. For scratch-free removal of polish residues, we recommend our ultrasonically cut Polish & Sealing Towel.
