Koch Chemie Micro Cut M2.02

Micro Cut M2.02 is a machine micro polish of the latest generation for the permanent removal of polishing haze, holograms, fine scratches and sanding marks from 4,000 grit upwards on all (including scratch-resistant) paint systems. Through the use of highly specialised, extremely homogeneous abrasive particles, a brilliant and lasting high-gloss finish is produced even on dark and similarly sensitive colours under extreme lighting conditions. Holograms and fine scratches are eliminated mechanically. Micro Cut M2.02 is extremely economical, polishes well and can be removed without residue.

Paintwork on cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles etc.

Application

• For optimum results, Koch Chemie recommends working with the Micro Cut Pad and a high-performance dual-action polisher (min. 15 mm stroke) or a forced-rotation dual-action polisher.
• For optimum dosing, spread evenly over the whole pad.
• Spread the polish evenly over the surface with the machine at the lowest speed, then polish cross-wise with medium pressure until a transparent film forms, i.e. until the aluminium oxide it contains has completely broken down.
• Do not use the sponges used for this product alternately for other products.
• For scratch-free removal of polish residues, Koch Chemie recommends the ultrasonically cut Polish & Sealing Towel.
