Micro Cut & Finish is a latest-generation machine micro-polish for the permanent removal of polishing haze, holograms, fine scratches, and sanding marks up to 3,000 grit on all (including scratch-resistant) paint systems, while simultaneously providing long-term sealing with a high degree of gloss and smoothness. The use of highly specialized, extremely homogeneous abrasive particles creates a brilliant and lasting high-gloss finish even on dark and similarly sensitive paint shades under extreme light conditions. Holograms and fine scratches are mechanically eliminated and not, as is often the case, simply covered up. Micro Cut & Finish is economical, easy to polish, and easy to wipe off. Contains carnauba wax and non-volatile silicones. Abrasiveness: 3.2 Gloss level: 9.5

Areas of application: Paintwork on cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, etc.

Application: For optimal results, we recommend processing with our Micro Cut Pad and a forced-rotation eccentric polisher (e.g., Makita PO5000C, highest RPM). Alternatively, processing with a rotary polishing machine in combination with our Micro Cut Pad is possible. Fully saturate dried or new sponges with polish before use. Distribute the polish evenly on the surface to be treated with the machine switched off, then polish with moderate pressure in a cross-hatch pattern until a transparent film forms, i.e., until the included aluminum oxide has completely disintegrated. Then repolish with light pressure. Do not use the sponges used for this product interchangeably for other products. For scratch- and streak-free removal of polish residues, we recommend our ultrasonically cut, seamless professional microfiber cloth.
