Koch Chemie Micro Cut & Finish P3.01

Micro Cut & Finish is a machine micro polish of the latest generation for the permanent removal of polishing haze, holograms, fine scratches and sanding marks up to 3,000 grit on all (including scratch-resistant) paint systems, with simultaneous long-term sealing with a high degree of gloss and smoothness. Through the use of highly specialised, extremely homogeneous abrasive particles, a brilliant and lasting high-gloss finish is produced even on dark and similarly sensitive colours under extreme lighting conditions. Holograms and fine scratches are eliminated mechanically and not, as is often the case, covered up. Micro Cut & Finish is economical, polishes well and wipes off easily. Contains carnauba wax and non-volatile silicones.

Application

• For optimum results, Koch Chemie recommends working with the Micro Cut Pad and a forced-rotation dual-action polisher (e.g. Makita PO5000C, highest speed).
• Alternatively, working with a rotary polisher in combination with the Micro Cut Pad is possible.
• Fully wet dried-out or new sponges with polish before use.
• With the machine switched off, spread the polish evenly over the surface to be worked, then polish cross-wise with moderate pressure until a transparent film forms, i.e. until the aluminium oxide it contains has completely broken down.
• Then re-polish with little pressure.
• Do not use the sponges used for this product alternately for other products.
• For scratch-free and streak-free removal of polish residues, Koch Chemie recommends the professional microfibre cloth without overlocked seams (ultrasonically cut).
