LIQUI MOLY Pro-Line throttle body cleaner

Special high-performance cleaner for the quick and effective removal of typical deposits and contamination in the intake and throttle valve areas. Reliably dissolves oil, resins, adhesives, and other contaminants. Ensures the functionality of moving parts, improves responsiveness, and increases the operational reliability of gasoline-powered engines.

Application:
For cleaning the intake and throttle body area, including nozzles and bores – suitable for gasoline engines only. Create direct access to the throttle body. Start the engine and spray the cleaner onto the entire throttle body area using the spray probe in short intervals (2-3 seconds) at a minimum of 2,000 rpm. For heavily soiled areas, the application can be repeated with a second can. After cleaning, run the engine for approximately 20 seconds at a minimum of 2,000 rpm to burn off any residue.

Dosage:
One can is sufficient for one cleaning; use a second can for stubborn deposits.

Addition interval:
As required or as part of maintenance or service work to ensure optimal air supply and engine performance.

A notice:
Avoid contact with the air mass sensor and painted parts. If you experience starting or idling problems while cleaning, disconnect the air mass sensor connector (with the ignition off) and then clear or relearn the errors using the diagnostic tool.
