Ultra-fine Electrode By leveraging iridium power, DENSO is suddenly able to reduce the surface area of the center electrode – the critical component of a spark plug. Unlike a typical platinum plug with a 1.1 mm diameter center electrode, DENSO Iridium Power spark plugs feature the world's smallest center electrode with a diameter of 0.4 mm.
