Description

This carbon tailgate was specially developed for use in performance and racing vehicles and offers massive weight savings compared to the original steel tailgate. Weighing only around 1100 grams, it makes a decisive contribution to reducing unsprung mass as well as improving driving dynamics, acceleration, and handling.

The multi-layer carbon construction results in high structural rigidity with minimal weight. The surface is cleanly laminated and provides an excellent base for painting or clear coat finish. Ideal for track cars, lightweight builds, backdate projects, or motorsport-oriented conversions.
