Koch Chemie Heavy Cut H9.02

Innovative machine polish for the fast refinishing of heavily weathered paintwork, for removing deep scratches and for effectively removing paint overspray and sanding marks up to 1,200 grit. Thanks to its extremely homogeneous abrasive grain, Heavy Cut 9.02 produces an extremely high cut with a very good gloss level. With low dust and spatter, it can be polished for an extremely long time without burning in and wipes off perfectly. Ideally suited to all paint types (both soft and scratch-resistant).

Areas of application

Paintwork on cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles etc.

Application

• Work cross-wise using a rotary polisher and lambswool pad (for sanding marks of 1,200–2,500 grit) or Heavy Cut Pad (for sanding marks of 1,500–3,000 grit).
• Apply the abrasive polish at medium speed and medium pressure.
• The best possible surface is achieved by re-polishing with Micro Cut M3.02 or Micro Cut & Finish P3.01.

Notes

• Shake before use.
• Test for suitability and compatibility before use.
• Do not use on hot surfaces.
• Protect from frost and excessive heat.
