Description
Premium wax sealant for a hydrophobic, high-gloss paint surface. Hand Wax W0.01 contains premium carnauba wax that seals and protects treated surfaces long-term. The sealing components create a smooth surface with very good hydrophobicity. The paintwork is significantly more brilliant and high-gloss. Hand Wax W0.01 only needs to be applied thinly, making it very economical.
Areas of application: Painted surfaces and exterior plastic components on cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, etc.
Application: Before the polishing and sealing process, thoroughly pre-clean/wash the vehicle with an alkaline cleaner (e.g., Green Star, no sealing shampoos). For stubborn dirt such as tree sap, rust film, tar, etc., pre-treat with detailing clay, tar remover or similar. Paint preparation: For heavily to moderately weathered paints, machine process with Heavy Cut or Fine Cut depending on condition; for lightly weathered paints (hologram removal) with Micro Cut M3.02 using an eccentric polisher with forced rotation and a Micro Cut Pad. Always completely remove residues with a professional microfiber cloth. Then wipe all surfaces with a professional microfiber cloth soaked in Silicone & Wax Remover and immediately wipe dry to completely remove surfactants and oils and avoid adhesion problems (for sensitive solid/single-layer paints, dilute 1:4 with water). After this, do not touch the paint with bare hands – use gloves. To apply, lightly press the supplied sponge into the can and spread the wax evenly over the surface. Allow the wax to flash off for 10-15 minutes and buff with a microfiber cloth – it is best to work in sections (e.g., entire hood, then the next component). Car wash: To maintain the wax surface long-term, wash carefully by hand with plenty of water, soft washing tools, and soft drying cloths. If car washes are used, only use textile car washes.
