Speed ABS / Sensor. Porsche 997 / Boxster 987 / Cayman

The ABS speed sensor provides speed information to the ABS auxiliary systems to assist in calculating the distance traveled. A fault in the sensor leads to the failure of these systems. This has significant negative effects on safety.
