Description
The intelligent machine polish of the latest generation with unique aluminum oxide quality. The intelligent grit ensures very fast, residue-free removal of car wash scratches and similar signs of wear, and gives the paint a lasting deep gloss. Sanding marks from 2,500 grit abrasive media are effortlessly removed. Fine Cut F6.01 is therefore ideally suited for the perfect reconditioning of medium to heavily weathered paints. Perfectly matched for processing scratch-resistant paints. Abrasiveness: 6.0 Gloss level: 7.0
Areas of application: Paints on cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, etc.
Application: Apply Fine Cut F6.01 to the abrasive medium (Fine Cut Pad or lambskin pad) and polish crosswise on the pre-cleaned surface to be treated at a maximum of 2,000 rpm. The cleaning performance can be varied by pressure, abrasive medium, and rotational speed. At the beginning of the sanding process, we recommend working with higher pressure at a low rotational speed. Subsequently, reduce the pressure and polish to a high gloss with a higher rotational speed. Any remaining polish residue can be easily removed with our ultrasonically cut professional microfiber cloth. Any hazing or polishing marks that may have occurred are removed with Micro Cut M3.02.
