Koch Chemie Fine Cut F6.01

The intelligent machine polish of the latest generation with a unique aluminium oxide quality. The intelligent abrasive grain ensures very fast, complete removal of car wash scratches and similar signs of wear and gives the paintwork a lasting depth of gloss. Sanding marks from 2,500-grit abrasives are removed effortlessly. Fine Cut F6.01 is therefore ideally suited to the perfect refinishing of moderately to heavily weathered paintwork. Perfectly matched to working on scratch-resistant paintwork.

Paintwork on cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles etc.

Application

• Apply Fine Cut F6.01 to the abrasive medium (Fine Cut Pad or lambswool pad) and polish out cross-wise on the pre-cleaned surface to be worked at max. 2,000 rpm.
• The cleaning effect can be varied through pressure, abrasive medium and speed.
• At the start of the sanding process, Koch Chemie recommends working with higher pressure at low speed.
• Subsequently reduce the pressure and polish to a high gloss at higher speed.
• Last polish residues can easily be removed with the Koch Chemie professional microfibre cloth (ultrasonically cut).
• Any haze or polishing marks that have formed are removed with Micro Cut M3.02.

• Shake before use.
• Test for suitability and compatibility before use.
