The 991 Turbo Eventuri intake system was developed through extensive real-world testing with the aim of making the turbos work more efficiently. By replacing the single standard airbox with individual patented Venturi filter housings, the turbos can spool up with less air resistance and generate boost more effectively. As a result, wastegate duty cycles are reduced, leading to peak boost at lower RPMs and therefore increased power.
