Description

This adjusting nut for the front shock absorber serves to correctly fix and adjust the shock absorber mount on the front axle. It is an essential component within the damper construction and ensures that the shock absorber sits in the strut free of play, correctly aligned, and with low vibration.

With increasing age or after numerous disassemblies, the adjusting nut can show signs of wear or lose its preload. Replacement ensures a reliable connection of the assembly and a stable chassis tuning.
