Our high-quality grey cast iron contains copper to improve thermal conductivity and wear resistance. All EBC Premium discs are cast with a material thickness of 150 N/m2, with a strictly controlled surface hardness deviation of less than 20 HB, and precisely CNC-machined with a surface tolerance of less than 0.001 mm.
