Our high-quality gray iron casting incorporates copper to improve heat conductivity and wear resistance. All EBC Premium discs are cast with a material strength of 150 N/m2, with a strictly controlled surface hardness deviation of less than 20 HB and precisely CNC machined to a surface tolerance of less than 0.001 mm.
