Our high quality grey cast iron part contains copper to improve thermal conductivity and wear resistance. All EBC premium discs are cast with a material strength of 150 N/m2, with a strictly controlled surface hardness deviation of less than 20 HB and precisely CNC machined with a surface tolerance of less than 0.001 mm.
