Description

This rear axle support bearing serves as the upper mounting point for the strut/shock absorber assembly in the Porsche 964 and 965. Its rubber/metal composite construction ensures correct mounting of the rear damper unit and allows for precise installation geometry.

Worn strut mounts can manifest themselves through rattling or cracking noises, altered suspension behavior, or an unsettled rear axle. Replacing them ensures proper support of the strut mount and significantly contributes to smoothness and stability.
