Balance shaft delete kit. To remove the entire balance shaft belt and all ancillaries on the 944/968, this is the only way to make the engine run more smoothly (the shafts used to be). So the engine still runs without the entire balance shaft belt and ancillaries, perhaps a bit rougher, but it saves some engine power as you don't have to drive all that stuff.
