Oil separator. One of the most common defects in the Boxster or 996 is the air/oil separator, also known as AOS. The oil separator (AOS) is essentially a small membrane distillation system that distills, liquefies, and returns the small amounts of oil mist in the crankcase back into the crankcase.

Scope of delivery: - also includes the rubber part 996.107.237.52 and the hose clamp 999.512.551.01
