Description
This cover plate for the rear wheel bearing is an essential component for protecting the entire wheel bearing assembly. It prevents dirt, moisture, and brake dust from penetrating the sensitive bearing area, thus directly contributing to the service life and smooth running of the wheel bearing.
On older Porsche 911 models, the original cover plates are often corroded, deformed, or damaged during maintenance. Replacing them restores proper sealing and protection. The cover plate fits into the factory mounting points without any modifications.
