The 1K-Nano network permanently bonds with the paint and, based on innovative reactive substances, forms an extremely smooth, high-gloss, chemical-, UV radiation-, and abrasion-resistant paint sealant. Special additives give the paint an extreme deep gloss. The one-step process significantly reduces working time compared to 2-component systems. The paint is perfectly and permanently protected from adverse environmental influences. A unique easy-to-clean performance makes it much easier to remove insects, bird droppings, and similar deposits. The durability is approx. 1 year, but can be extended to up to 3 years by regular manual follow-up care with NanoMagicShampoo (hand wash) or by follow-up care with NanoMagic Twin Wax (car wash) as well as the recommended annual paint inspection by a specialist! Areas of application: Fully cured paints on cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, etc.

Application: A. Basic cleaning: Thoroughly pre-clean/wash the vehicles with an alkaline solution (e.g., Green Star, no sealing shampoos) before the polishing and sealing process. For coarse dirt such as tree sap, rust film, tar, etc., pre-treat with detailing clay, tar remover, or similar. B. Paint preparation: For heavily to moderately weathered paints, machine-polish with Heavy Cut abrasive polish or fine sanding paste, depending on the condition, and completely remove residues with a professional microfiber cloth. For slightly weathered paints (hologram removal): Machine-process high-gloss anti-hologram polish using an eccentric polisher with forced rotation and an orange anti-hologram pad. Then wipe all surfaces with a professional microfiber cloth soaked in silicone & wax remover and immediately wipe again to completely remove surfactants and oils and avoid cross-linking problems. After that, do not touch the paint with bare hands (use gloves). C. Paint sealing: Process at 15-30 °C in an enclosed hall. Shake the aluminum bottle well before use and decant into the supplied plastic bottle (75 ml) – this amount is usually sufficient for a medium-sized vehicle. Ideally, apply 1K-Nano machine-wise with an eccentric polisher without forced rotation at a slow speed and a black finish pad, or alternatively manually with a soft pad without pressure in sections (max. 1 component). Polish in for approx. 2-3 minutes, making sure to apply in tightly overlapping passes. Then, without fresh sealant, polish until a continuous film without droplet formation appears. After another 2-3 minutes, polish the dried film to a high gloss with a clean professional microfiber cloth. The sealant cures after approx. 1-2 hours. Remove any streaks after curing time with a professional microfiber cloth; first car wash no earlier than 3 days. Notes: Do not use on fresh repair paints – repainted surfaces require approx. 6-8 weeks of curing time. Ensure good ventilation during processing. Immediately pour residual quantities back into the aluminum bottle after application, seal immediately, and store upright; shelf life after opening approx. 1 year. Only use the ultrasonic cut professional microfiber cloth (999241), use several clean cloths to avoid cross-linking disturbances.
